Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On May 19, 2024, the men were arrested in a theft investigation.
As a result of a bail hearing, the men were released by the court with conditions and a future court date.
The 23-year-old Chatham man was also wanted on an outstanding warrant by York Regional Police Service.
Upon release by the court the man was turned over to York Regional Police Service.
The 26-year-old Chatham man was wanted on an outstanding warrant by London Regional Police.
Upon release by the court the man was turned over to London Police Service.
