Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 5:21 p.m., emergency crews responded to Queens Line at the 401-access point in Tilbury for a single motor vehicle rollover.
Upon arrival, officers believed the man was under the influence of alcohol and arrested him.
He was transported to police headquarters for breath tests.
The 43-year-old London man was charged with refusal/failure to provide a breath sample, and impaired driving.
He was released with conditions a future court date.
