Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Monday, October 7, 2024, at 3:45 p.m., Chatham-Kent Police received information from Southwest Detention Centre of the release of a 27-year-old Windsor man, which held outstanding warrants issued by Chatham-Kent Police Service in relation to an intimate partner violence investigation.
Officers attended and arrested him on the strength of the outstanding warrants.
He was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for processing and held pending a bail hearing on October 8, 2024.
