Assault in Wallaceburg, outstanding warrants executed in London & St. Thomas, B&E in Chatham

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On January 29, 2025, a 40-year-old Wallaceburg woman was arrested for assault. She was involved in an argument that resulted in a physical altercation and the use of an object to strike the victim involved. Minor injuries were reported to the victim. She was arrested and released with a future court date of March 03, 2025.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On January 29, 2025, the St. Thomas Police Service contacted the Chatham-Kent Police Service to indicate that they had in custody a 35-year-old London woman. She had existing unendorsed warrants for failure to attend court. Subsequently, she was arrested and returned to the Chatham-Kent Police Service for bail. We thank the St. Thomas Police Service for their assistance in this case.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 53-year-old London man was located by the London Police Service. He had an existing catch-and-release warranted. On behalf of the Chatham-Kent Police Service, the London Police Service arrested the male and released him with a future court date of March 10, 2025. Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On January 30, 2025, the Chatham-Kent Police Service was called for service by a business owner located at St. Clair Street. Officers arrived and located a 41-year-old Wallaceburg resident who had broken into the premises. He was arrested and charged with breaking and entering with intent and the possession of breaking and entering tools. The person was released with a future court date of March 3, 2025.
