Indecent act charges laid in a fast food restaurant in Sarnia

Sarnia Police Service officials allege: On February 17, 2025, police were called to a Christina Street fast food restaurant.

A male party had been lingering inside the restaurant since 6:30 a.m. and had been disturbing customers.

When he was refused access to the locked restroom, he proceeded to pull down his pants exposing his genitals and urinated on the floor in front of staff.

Despite multiple requests by staff to leave, he refused to comply.

Police were called and placed the male under arrest.

At this time of this offence, the male was also subject to a probation order.

A 42-year-old Sarnia man was held for bail on the following offences:

– Breach probation
