Mr. Ronald Larry McDougall, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2025 at the Chatham-Kent Hospice, in Chatham, at the age of 86.
Larry was born in Wallaceburg and was a son of the late Harry and Kathleen (Vongunten) McDougall.
Beloved husband of the late Hope (Ritchie) McDougall (2012).
Loving father of John Harry McDougall. Also survived by John’s foster daughter Maddie and her daughter Scarlett.
Sadly missed by his grandchildren Ryan (Sherrie), Daniel, Jonathan (Ada) and great grandchild, Lily.
Predeceased by his sister Marjorie Miller (the late Syd, the late Bob) and his brother Harry (the late Rena) McDougall.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr Atoe, the staff at Bayshore homecare, VON nursing and lastly the Chatham-Kent Hospice for all of the care and assistance that they provided Larry for the last several years.
Arrangements entrusted to the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg. A private family graveside service will be held in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg.
