Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On March 13, 2025, at approximately 3:12 p.m. a 30-year-old Chatham-Kent man was located and arrested by the Chatham-Kent Police Service at a local retail business in Chatham.
He was arrested for failing to comply with his probation order.
In a prior incident the accused was charged with uttering threats to cause death and mischief to property.
He was released with a probation order that included conditions, one of which prohibited him from being within 10 metres of the location of the business.
Due to the breaching of his probation order, he was arrested and transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters, where he is currently held for bail.
