Chatham–Kent Health Alliance (CKHA) is inviting members of the public to share their voices and help shape the future of local healthcare as part of the development of its new five-year Strategic Plan (2025–2030).
The public engagement survey is now live and will remain open throughout April and May.
The survey is open to everyone in the Chatham-Kent community.
CKHA is seeking input from everyone, including patients, family members, residents, and others with an interest in the future of healthcare in the region.
“We’ve been active in connecting with our internal teams, including staff, physicians, and volunteers,” said Adam Topp, President and CEO, CKHA, in a media release.
“Now we’re turning to the broader community. This Strategic Plan belongs to everyone, and we want to understand what matters most to you.”
The new Strategic Plan, set to launch in the summer of 2025, will guide CKHA’s priorities and decision-making for the next five years.
