OPP officials allege: Driver charged following a two-vehicle collision in St. Clair Township.
On May 2, 2025, just after 2:20 p.m., members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Lambton Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and St. Clair Township Fire Department responded to a collision at the intersection of Brigden Road and Petrolia Line.
Both drivers suffered minor injuries.
One passenger from one of the vehicles was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
As a result of the investigation, a 29-year-old of Petrolia was charged under the Highway Traffic Act with the following offence:
– Fail to yield to traffic on through highway
