Erieau man charged after making 30 non-emergency calls to police

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 46-year-old man is facing a harassment charge after making 30 non-emergency calls to Chatham-Kent police during the early hours of July 6.

Police say the calls, made over several hours, did not involve any legitimate emergency.

Officers attended a residence on Nichols Avenue, where the man was arrested and later released with a court date scheduled for July 28.
