Residents are invited to take part in a community boat and road trip to Dresden on Saturday, Sept. 6, 2025.
Registration will take place at the Wallaceburg Legion between 9:30 and 10:45 a.m., followed by an 11 a.m. departure to Dresden. Non-boaters can also join the event by driving the route by road.
Lunch and prize draws will be available for purchase in Dresden before participants begin the return trip at 2:30 p.m. Arrival back in Wallaceburg is expected around 4:30 p.m., with participants asked to report to the scorekeeper.
The day will conclude with a community barbecue featuring hamburgers, hot dogs and fries, along with a 50/50 draw and a meat and mead raffle.
Organizers say the event is a chance for families, friends and neighbours to come together for a day of outdoor fun.
