Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A Chatham man is facing charges after police responded to a report of suspicious individuals outside a private building.
Chatham-Kent police say officers were called at approximately 11:25 a.m. on March 22, 2026, and found individuals known to them.
A 32-year-old man was found to be in violation of conditions prohibiting contact with another individual and was also wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court.
He was charged with failing to comply with a release order and failing to attend court. The accused was arrested and held for bail.
