Sarnia Police Service officials allege: Sarnia Police Service say one man has been charged and another is wanted following a fatal shooting at a Lambton College campus bar that left a 20-year-old man dead and two others injured.
Police said officers were called at 12:52 a.m. on April 10, 2026, for a report of gunfire at the college bar. Upon arrival, they found three injured people, including 20-year-old Dane Nisbet, who was transported to hospital with critical injuries. Despite lifesaving efforts at the scene and in hospital, he was later pronounced dead.
Investigators say the shooting followed an earlier incident about 1½ hours prior, when officers were called at 12:24 a.m. to an Exmouth Street bar for a report of two males with a gun, possibly two guns, and a broken front door window. The suspects fled before police arrived, though a licence plate was provided.
Officers located a man who had fled that bar on foot and arrested him hiding behind a dumpster, determining he was responsible for the broken window. Police later found the licence plate information was inaccurate, and no names were provided to identify the two males reportedly in possession of the firearm or firearms.
Police searched the area and stopped a possible suspect vehicle, but determined it was not connected. The man arrested in the earlier incident was later investigated for potential links to the shooting but was excluded.
Following the homicide, investigators with the Sarnia Police Service pursued multiple leads to identify those involved. Police say two primary male suspects were directly involved in the shooting, one as the shooter and the other as an accomplice.
By late morning on April 10, officers arrested two females who were with the suspects at the time of the offence. Police say they are not believed to be involved and were later released unconditionally.
On April 11, investigators obtained and executed search warrants at two residences in London, Ontario, one in the 200 block of Boullee Street and another on Stonehenge Place, with assistance from the London Police Service emergency response unit and investigators. Police say the vehicle used in the shooting was located and seized.

During the searches, officers located and arrested Oudom “Richard” Bun, 23, of London. He has been charged with second-degree murder and two counts of attempted murder. Police say he is being held in custody for a video bail hearing scheduled for April 12.
Police have identified the second suspect as Kyaw “Chin” Doe, 24, also of London, and say an arrest warrant is being sought. He is expected to face charges of second-degree murder, two counts of attempted murder and possession of a firearm while prohibited.

Investigators say Doe was under a court order prohibiting him from possessing firearms at the time of the offence. They allege he went into hiding shortly after the shooting and is actively evading police.
Police say Doe has ties to criminal elements in western and northern Ontario and may be receiving assistance. He is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached. Investigators say he is not believed to be in the Sarnia area.
