With heavy hearts we announce that our beloved mother and grandmother Gaye Ritchie passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at the age of 71.
She will be loved and remembered by her children John (Carrie), Kevin (Sue) and Jennifer (Trevor Meloche) and her grandchildren Gavin, Logan, Larissa, Bailey, Shannah, Christopher, Thomas, Christopher, Kathryne, Brooklyn as well as by her great grandchildren Amara and Wyatt.
Gaye is the daughter of the late Bernard and Kathryne (Murray) Vermette and a dear sister of Luane Vermette, Aaron Vermette and the late Frank, Murray, Kevin, David, Sissy, Mary and Angela. She will be remembered fondly by her many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Family and friends are invited to attend her graveside service on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 1pm at Riverview Cemetery in Wallaceburg.
