With a thrilling 3-0 win over the Minnesota Twins in their final regular season game, the Tigers clinched the AL Central title for the fourth consecutive year.
The Tigers now look ahead to a matchup against the Baltimore Orioles, the AL East Division winners.
The first game of their series will be on Thursday, Oct. 2.
