Free public skates sponsored by CK Promoting Healthy Living will be offered at arenas across Chatham-Kent this weekend.
On Friday, Oct. 16, skates run from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at the Dresden Arena and from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at the Chatham Erickson Arena.
On Saturday, Oct. 17, skates run from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Bothwell Arena and from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at the Blenheim Arena.
On Sunday, Oct. 18, skates run from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Chatham Memorial Arena; noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Ridgetown Arena; 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the Dresden Arena, the Thames Campus Arena and the Tilbury Arena; 1:30 to 3 p.m. at the Wallaceburg Memorial Arena, sponsored by an anonymous donor in support of children’s activities; and 2 to 3:30 p.m. at the Wheatley Arena.
