Around 11:45 p.m. last night, an officer on general patrol observed a woman travelling eastbound on Dufferin Avenue in Wallaceburg in a white Cadillac.
The officer received information that a man wanted on an outstanding warrant may be a passenger in the vehicle so he initiated a traffic stop near Johnson Street.
The wanted man was not located however the officer learned that the driver was suspended from driving due to unpaid fines.
The 35-year-old woman was charged with driving while under suspension.
