6 chicken thighs
3 garlic cloves (chopped or grated)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup ketchup
Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker. In small bowl, whisk together the garlic, soy sauce, ketchup and honey. Pour over chicken and cover.
Cook for 3-4 hrs on high or 6-8 hrs on low.
Serve over rice
