The Lambton-Kent Cardinals picked up a win yesterday in the Kent High School girls soccer league.
L-K topped the Ridgetown Royals 5-0.
The other local team, the Wallaceburg Tartans played to a 1-1 draw with the UCC Lancers.
Abbey Broad scored the lone go for Wallaceburg.
Liz Vanderveeken was named the game star for the Tartans.
