This Saturday at 9:30am CrossFit Wallaceburg will be offering another Stretching and Mobility Class. Cost is $5 or $7/couple. You do not have to be a CFW member to come. Also at noon come on out to CFW to cheer on CFW athletes competing in the CrossFit Open! Always lots of fun!
