Harley Davidson stolen in St. Clair Township

The Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is asking for public assistance in solving a break and enter reported in St. Clair Township, Lambton County.

On March 13th, 2016 at approximately 4:00 p.m., the Lambton County OPP was requested to attend a storage compound in the 500 block of Lyndoch Street, St. Clair Township.

The victim reported that at some time since late February, unknown persons gained entry into a locked storage unit by cutting the exterior lock. Once inside the culprits cut a second lock and stole a motorcycle and two helmets that were locked inside.

The stolen motorcycle is described as a 1996 Harley Davidson Classic motor cycle, blue in color. Value of approximately $16,000.

Lambton OPP Scenes of Crime Officers (SOCO) were requested and attended the location to assist with the investigation.

The Lambton OPP is asking that any person with information regarding the person(s) responsible for this break, enter and theft to contact the Ontario Provincial Police at 1-888-310-1122 or (519) 882-1011, or their nearest police authority.
