The Wallaceburg Minor Midget Lakers will be celebrating their provincial championship on Saturday (April 16) with a parade.
The team will be leaving Wallaceburg Memorial Arena Arena at around 3:15 p.m.
They will then be proceeding through the downtown area, out Dufferin Avenue and out to Walpole Island.
People are being encouraged to come outside, enjoy the weather, and show this team your support.
They played hard and made our town proud.
The Lakers topped the Erin-Hillsburgh Devils in the provincial championship capturing the OMHA ‘BB’ Minor Midget crown in four games.
