Dana Haggith’s NO Meat Loaf

1. Chop half an onion
2. Chop a handful of walnuts
meatloaf3. Mash 2 cups of cooked lentils in a bowl with the onion walnuts
4. Add 2 handfuls of crushed crackers
5. Mix in 2 cups of frozen veggies (I throw 2 cups of broccoli in bullet and chop it up finely – good way to hide veggies on kids or picky significant others 🙂
6. a sprinkle of garlic salt
7. 4 spoonfuls of applesauce
8. 2 spoonfuls of ketchup

Mix Ingredients, pack into a pan and top with more ketchup bake at 350° for 40 minutes
