Ingredients:
1/2 a bag of no name perogies
10 sprigs of asparagus
4 big leaves of kale
1/4 cup of water
2 Tbl extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup of Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup of shredded marble cheese
Directions:
1. In a medium pot filled half way with water – bring to a boil. Â Put perogies in the boiling water.
2. Meanwhile in a frying pan heat 1/4 cup of water on medium – high heat with bite sized pieces of asparagus and chopped kale. Put a pan lid over this to steam veggies for 5-7 min then set aside on a plate.
3. When perogies are soft, drain. Â In the pan you used for the veggies heat the 2 tbl of oil med-high. When oil is hot put in perogies. Let sizzle on one side for 2 minutes then the other.
4. Add Ranch Dressing at the end of cooking and stir till all perogies are covered. Â Place perogies on top of greens and sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve with a side of ranch or plain.
