Feature Friday !! Michelle Zruna’s Rhubarb Pudding

This is how she makes it !

1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cupwhite sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt – combine five ingredients with 1 cut up rhubarb spread out in baking dish
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
1 tbsp butter and bring to boil and pour over the first part
bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until well done.

If you double recipe you will have to add 15 min to your time.
