LKM all-candidates debates set in Wallaceburg

A pair of all-candidates debates are scheduled to take place in Wallaceburg for the Lambton-Kent-Middlesex riding.

The first will take place on Tuesday, June 4th and will be hosted over the radio waves by 99.1.

It will take place starting at 6:30 p.m.

The candidates will be in Wallaceburg the following evening (June 5) at the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 18, talking healthcare.

The Chatham Kent Health Coalition and the Ontario Nurses’ Association, Local 35 are co-sponsoring the debate.

It will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Margaret Ave. location in Wallaceburg.

Candidates confirming their attendance are:

– Jamie Armstrong, Green Party

– Joe Hill, NDP

– Monte McNaughton, PC

– Mike Radan, Liberal

The Chatham Kent Health Coalition and the Ontario Nurses’ Association are also holding a debate for the Chatham-Kent-Essex candidates on May 30, at 6:30 P.M. at the Countryview Golf Course on Highway 40.

Election day is June 12.
