CKHA’s Tri-Board of Directors meeting scheduled for next Tuesday, June 3 is cancelled due to lack of quorum.
CKHA’s efforts to address its governance situation continue with progress being made with an initial nominations committee as well as an executive committee meeting held this past month.
However, this work remains in progress and the Sydenham District Hospital Board continues to lack quorum.
CKHA will continue to notify the media of the impact of its governance situation on previously scheduled public meetings.
