Wallaceburg Sting are on a roll

The Wallaceburg Sting are off to a great start in the Western Ontario Soccer League First Division.

The Sting currently sit in a first place tie with the White Eagles with identical 3-1-1 records.

Phillip Nywening is leading the way for the club with three goals so far on the season, putting him one back of the league leaders.

Goalie Sam Youlton is tied for tops in the league with three shutouts.

The teams last two matches have big 4-0 victories, over Scottish (May 29) and St. Columban A (May 31.)

Their next game is Saturday, June 7, against LAC Athletics A at the Curinga Club in London.
