Last night at about 10:00 pm, the Chatham-Kent Police Intelligence Section with the assistance of the Critical Incident Response Team (C.I.R.T) made entry into a residence on Houston Street, Chatham and executed a search warrant.
As a result, seven people were taken into custody.
Police seized $2350.00 in cash, a quantity of Oxycodone and Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Eleven charges in total were laid, ranging from possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, breach of recognizance and breach of probation.
