On July 19, 2014 just after 1:00 a.m. Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were sent to Kimball Road south of Bentpath Line in response to a single motor vehicle collision in the west side ditch.
During the collision investigation, the OPP determined that the male with the vehicle had been consuming alcohol.
The ensuing arrest and breath tests ended with charges of Impaired Driving and Driving Over the Legal Limit.
A 31 year old man from Wallaceburg , has a Sarnia court date of August 11, 2014.
No injuries were reported at the time and there are no reports of any passengers in the vehicle.
