The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man wanted on an outstanding warrant for breaching his probation order.
Just before midnight, officers located the man in Wallaceburg and he was taken in to custody.
A 39-year-old man of Wallace Street in Wallaceburg is charged with failing to comply.
He was transported to police headquarters and released with conditions pending a future court.
