The water is back to normal for many residents in Wallaceburg.
The Chatham-Kent Public Health Unit has rescinded a boil water advisory, which had been implemented on Monday for parts of Albert Street, and connecting streets Brock, Robert, Edwy and Henry in Wallaceburg.
Officials stated that tests conducted at the Ontario Drinking Water Centre, from samples on Sept. 22 and Sept. 23, confirmed that both sets of samples were satisfactory.
Based on this information, the acting medical officer of health, Dr. David Colby rescinded the boil water advisory, officials said.
