The Wallaceburg Lakers took care of their home ice on Wednesday night, topping the Alvinston Flyers 2-1.
After being down 1-0, Lucais Meyskens scored an unassisted short-handed goal to tie the game at 1-1 in the second period.
Jacob Theoret scored the winner for Wallaceburg with a goal at the 3:04 mark of the third period.
Joel Sowinski was solid between the pipes stopping 16 shots.
The Lakers win comes after a 6-0 loss on Saturday at the hands of the Lakeshore Canadiens.
The Lakers will travel to Amherstburg on Sunday in their next game.
