The Chatham-Kent Police responded to a call early this morning, 12:26 a.m.,from a resident that he heard several gunshots, possible shotgun, in the area of Hill Road in Howard Township.
Police a 41 year old male person of that area was located and arrested for shooting up a pumpkin patch.
He subsequently charged with careless use of a firearm and released with a future court date.
