“Our communities need your support,” United Way officials stated. “The goal of $1,900,000 will financially assist over 30 local agencies, programs and services. In addition, our donor choice opportunity, Women’s Leadership Council, Community Impact Grants and Bushels of Hope Program provide funding for hundreds of additional families, agencies and individuals in all our communities.”

United Way officials added: “To date we have raised $1,161,495. We wish to thank our many special event and workplace donors. We appreciate your corporate, organization, school and community group pledges. These gifts will provide help and support seven days a week, 365 days a year.
