Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a single vehicle driving fatality on private property November 30, 2014 before 1:00 p.m.
The driver of an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) was alone at the time of the incident when he came upon an obstruction on the path that he was traveling.
While negotiating the obstruction, the ATV flipped over and the operator of the ATV died as a result of the incident.
There is no further information at this time and Lambton OPP considers the incident closed.
