Police have identified the driver from a fatal crash on Highway 40 last week.
On January 29, 2015, just before 7:00 a.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers, Chatham-Kent Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Chatham-Kent Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a single vehicle near the intersection of Highway 40 and Electric Line, where a Hyundai Accent left the roadway and crashed into a tree.
The 40-year-old driver, from Chatham, has been identified as William Haley.
The investigation is continuing.
