Habitat for Humanity Chatham-Kent is building their next home in Wallaceburg.
A press event is scheduled for Thursday, April 9 at Wallaceburg Memorial Arena where the “partner family” will be announced.
We are looking forward to sharing in the excitement of this family as we look towards building their new home this summer,” Habitat for Humanity officials stated in a press release.
Habitat for Humanity Chatham-Kent was founded in 2009 and built their first home in 2013.
There mission is to build affordable homes for low income families as a means of breaking the cycle of poverty.
