Dave and Jackie Burnett have owned Burnett’s Cycle and Mower since 1989 and have been in the same location – 217 Lafontaine St. in Wallaceburg – for over 25 years.

“The repair shop has myself and one part time repair person,” Dave said. “The rest of the time if Jackie, my wife, isn’t here answering phones and helping customers… I’m chef, cook and bottle washer. I do it all. Service repairs, ordering, phone, everything and I love it. Almost 26 and a half years in this location.”

Dave said physically the building is the same size.

“We have done many, many improvements over the years,” he said.

“The major improvements were done here three years ago at the front of the building picture reflect. The interior showroom was a few years ago. However, every year we add a little bit to this and a little bit to that… just to make it brighter or change the layout.”

Dave said the building is approximately 3,500 square feet.

“That houses parts, showroom, some warehouse/storage space, and the repair shop.”

Burnett’s Cycle and Mower have carried brands like Toro, Lawn Boy, Echo, Simplicity, Briggs & Stratton and Broil King barbeques since 1989. Give them a call at 519-627-4844 or visit them online at http://burnettscycleandmower.com/
