Chicken Caesar Sandwich

1 Thin Sliced Chicken Breast
1/4 cup (60 mL) Creamy Caesar salad dressing, divided
3-4 Torn Romaine lettuce leaves
4 slices of bread or 2 Buns
2 tbsp (30 mL) Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
4 Slices of Bacon, cooked
Salt and pepper

1. Preheat BBQ to medium-high. Lightly coat the grill with non-stick cooking spray. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Grill the chicken, brushing with Caesar salad dressing for 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
3. Place grilled chicken on the bottom half of each bun. Toss the lettuce with the remaining salad dressing.
4. Divide between the four sandwiches. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; add a slice of bacon and the top of the bun.
