Last night, officers attended a residence in Dresden and a woman wanted for failing to comply and two counts of failing to attend court was taken into custody.
She was also found to be breaching her release conditions by communicating with a specific Dresden man. Officers further learned that the man was bound by several conditions including not to communicate with her or attend that address. He was also taken into custody.
The 51-year-old woman has been charged with failing to comply. The 49-year-old man has been charged with five counts of failing to comply and two counts of breaching his Probation Order. Both have been held pending a bail hearing.
