Indecent act charges laid on 401

On July 14, 2015, just after 7:00 a.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a complaint of a man who was exposing himself and performing an indecent act while driving a Dodge Caravan on Highway 401 eastbound, near Kent Bridge Road.

Chatham-Kent OPP officers located the vehicle a short time later and spoke with the driver.

As a result, a 37-year-old Windsor man, has been charged with Indecent Act – Public Place for this incident, plus a count each for two separate previous incidents all occurring on the 401.

The man is scheduled to appear in a Chatham court on August 28, 2015, to answer to the charges.

Investigators would like to speak with anyone who may have further information about this or any other incident.
