Charges have been laid after a crash in Wallaceburg on Monday.
Chatham-Kent Police officials said shortly after 12:00 p.m. yesterday afternoon, emergency crews responded to a two vehicle collision on McNaughton Avenue near Reaume Avenue.
Three people were injured and transported to Sydenham District Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Total damage was estimated at $15,000.
A 79-year-old Wallaceburg man was charged with failing to obey a red light.
