Parking0000001APeggy Ann Parking age 80 of R.R. 2 Croton passed away Thursday August 20, 2015. She was born in Camden Township daughter of the late Thomas & Enis (Patterson) McFadden.

Peggy Ann taught school in Lambton County for many years retiring in 1994. She was an active member of Rutherford United Church, a member and past director of Dresden Agriculture Society, an adherent of St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Dresden and loved farming with her husband and son. Loving wife of Von Parking for 56 years. Dear mother of Bradley Parking (Clare Badder-Parking) of Rutherford and Leslie Ann Parking (Joe Milling) of Woodstock. Devoted grandmother of Bryan & Alyson Parking (Zac George), Julie Ann & Travis Milling. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Lois Vandenbogaerde (Paul) of Dresden, Mayme Lajoie of Mass. USA. Several nieces and nephews also survive. She is predeceased by her sister Elaine McFadden.

Visitors will be received at the Thomas L. DeBurger Funeral Home, 620 Cross Street, Dresden on Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted from the chapel of the funeral home on Monday August 24, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. with Mr. Robert McCall officiating. Interment in Blackburn Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the charity of choice would be appreciated and may be left by cheque at the funeral home.
