The Executors of the Estate of the late Rose Elizabeth Kun hereby offer for sale by tender, the following farm property: Part of Lot B, Concession 6, St. Clair Township (Sombra), PIN 43414-0265 (LT), at 149 Lambton Line, West, Port Lambton, containing 90 acres more or less of vegetable land. 80 acres are sand loam and 10 acres are berium clay loam, tiling is systematic on the berium clay loam section and random on the sand loam section which drains well naturally, lands are part of the Bawden drain.
The land contains a farmhouse of minimal value and a 48 foot by 80 foot drive shed. It is presently cropped in corn. The land west of the buildings is slightly rolling.
All tenders to be delivered in writing, sealed, to Carscallen, Reinhart, Mathany, Maslak, Anderson, Attention: John E. Mathany, 619 James Street, Wallaceburg, On., and are to be received no later than October 2nd, 2015 at 12:00 noon.
All tenders are to be accompanied by a certified cheque or bank draft for $5,000.00 payable to Carscallen, Reinhart, Mathany, Maslak, Anderson, in trust. Unsuccessful tender cheques will be returned.
The sale of the property is to close by the 1st day of December, 2015 or such earlier time as may be agreed by the parties thereto.
The Vendor is not obligated to accept the highest or any tender.
