More electronics stolen in Wallaceburg

Chatham-Kent police are investigating after a Wallaceburg residence was broken into on Tuesday.

Sometime yesterday between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. unknown suspects entered an unlocked residence on McNaughton Avenue.

Once inside, the suspects stole a 42” Samsung TV, Game Cube, Samsung tablet, HP laptop, Wii console, PlayStation 4, Surround Sound box and speakers along with various DVDs and games.

Total value of the theft was estimated at $5,000.

Anonymous callers may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) and may be eligible for a cash reward.

Police are also investigating a break-in to Geek and Things on James Street.

A PlayStation 3, Panasonic television, Xbox and several PS3 games were swiped from the downtown Wallaceburg business.
