A trio of young men made the headlines across Chatham-Kent this week, after a series of photos were published from atop the Boardwalk on the Thames condominium project in downtown Chatham.
The situation drew the attention of the Chatham-Kent Police Service, and a warning from them.
“Although those responsible for the pics were unharmed, this incident could have had a very tragic ending and that’s what we want to impress on them,” Const. Renee Cowell said. “We’re exercising our right to discretion and will not be laying charges.”
Kyle Wicks, who took the photos along with Matt Kett and Dylan Johnson, told the Sydenham Current he wanted to capture Chatham in a new light.
“Give them a refreshment,” he said.
