Deborah Barbara Dodge, a resident of Walpole Island First Nation, died suddenly at the Wallaceburg hospital on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at the age of 63.
Deb is the daughter of Barbara Faith (Lewis) & the late Douglas Noah and stepdaughter of the late Wellington Shipman. Beloved wife of Jonathan Dodge. Loving mother of Leslie Stonefish, Sonny Riley (Thuraya), Brandon Riley (Melissa), Luke Noah and the late Garrett Wade Noah Phelps. Dear grandmother of 16 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her granddaughter Danielle Stonefish (2012). Sister of Cindy Kewayosh (Ted), Pat Noah and the late Eric, Mary and Anne Noah.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the family home, 184a Dan Shab Road, Walpole Island from 4 PM on Thursday, January 28 until the time of the funeral. The funeral will be held at the Evangelistic Centre, Walpole Island, on Saturday, January 30 at 2 PM. Interment to follow at Highbanks Cemetery.
