Wallaceburg Christian School students give back

WCS4

The Wallaceburg Christian School has been busy giving back o the community in the last couple of months.

The school used their January blessing bag collection to donate towards the New Beginning House, a men’s shelter for the homeless in Chatham.

The school collected socks, underwear, toques and gloves, and were also able to donate food, Tim Horton’s cards and laundry supplies.

The Grade 3-4 class is seen in the above photo.

Also, students from the Grades 1-2 and 5-6 class at Wallaceburg Christian School were learning about ways to serve the community back in December.

These students made and delivered cookies to community helpers: the Chatham-Kent Police Service, Chatham-Kent Fire Department and the Chatham-Kent EMS.

Below are some students making the delivery to the EMS station in Wallaceburg.
