Peacefully passed away surrounded by his family at the Bluewater Health Centre, Sarnia, on Tuesday, March 29, 2016.
Kember is the beloved son of Mikki Whiteye and Chad Jacobs. Cherished grandson of Brenda and the late Robert Whiteye, Kim and Jerry Jacobs and Gerald Robichaud. Loved brother of Samara, Emma, Taryn, Amaya, Maezey and Crosby. Dear nephew of Faron (Patti), Alicia (Gary), Juda, Christa (Alberto), Bobbi (Kyle), Matthew (Janessa), Trevor (Stacy), Darcy (Jaclyn), Tyler (Whitney) and their families.
